Common Issues

Cannot join a meeting
Section titled “Cannot join a meeting”- Confirm the meeting ID/link is correct.
- Check whether meeting access is restricted.
- If waiting room is enabled, request host admission.
Microphone or camera not working
Section titled “Microphone or camera not working”- Re-check browser permission prompts.
- Open device controls and select a specific input device.
- Verify OS-level privacy permissions.
Poor call quality
Section titled “Poor call quality”- Open network panel and watch latency/jitter/loss.
- Reduce video load and pause unnecessary screen sharing.
- Switch to a more stable connection when possible.
Missing transcript context
Section titled “Missing transcript context”- Ensure captions/transcription were active during the call.
- Retry search after indexing delay in alpha environments.
