Use this page when you need to create an account, finish the first identity checks, and land in the correct workspace. The exact path depends on whether the workspace is open, restricted, or backed by managed identity such as SSO.

  1. Open the sign-in page and choose your preferred method.
  2. Complete email verification or second-factor prompt if required.
  3. Set up your profile details before entering a workspace.

Depending on workspace configuration, you may be required to add one or more of:

  • Passkey
  • Authenticator app
  • Password

You can manage these later in account security settings.

  • Accept an invitation, or
  • Create a new workspace and progress through onboarding.

If your team enforces join controls such as SSO-only, approved domains, or required 2FA, those checks apply before you reach the meeting or workspace itself.

I signed in but still cannot reach the workspace

Section titled “I signed in but still cannot reach the workspace”
  • Confirm the invitation was sent to the same email or identity provider account you used to sign in.
  • Retry from the original invitation if the workspace requires a managed sign-in path.
  • Ask a workspace admin to confirm your domain, approval, or role requirements if access is still blocked.

I can enter the workspace but not the meeting

Section titled “I can enter the workspace but not the meeting”
  • Workspace access and meeting access are separate checks.
  • Review the meeting invite, waiting room policy, and approved participant list instead of assuming workspace membership is enough.
  • If the meeting uses guest restrictions, join from the exact invited identity.
