Run repeatable tests before onboarding critical teams.

  • Use the same networks, devices, and meeting types the rollout will actually depend on.
  • Decide which outcomes are pass or fail for your environment before the pilot starts.
  • Record who ran the test, which network they used, and what accessories or browsers were involved.
  • Single participant join and media publish
  • Two-participant audio/video and screen share session
  • Long-duration call under normal business traffic
  • Access control + waiting room join/approval path
  • Test from each major office or network segment
  • Include both managed and unmanaged devices if relevant
  • Record baseline network metrics and compare over time
  • Stable audio across scenarios
  • Predictable join time and permission flow
  • No sustained packet-loss spikes during normal operation
  • Workspace and meeting ID
  • Approximate timestamp and timezone
  • Network type, office, VPN state, and device model
  • Latency, jitter, packet loss, and reconnect behavior from the network panel
  • Whether the issue affected one user, one segment, or the whole meeting
