Before you test
Section titled “Before you test”- Use the same networks, devices, and meeting types the rollout will actually depend on.
- Decide which outcomes are pass or fail for your environment before the pilot starts.
- Record who ran the test, which network they used, and what accessories or browsers were involved.
Recommended test cases
Section titled “Recommended test cases”- Single participant join and media publish
- Two-participant audio/video and screen share session
- Long-duration call under normal business traffic
- Access control + waiting room join/approval path
Test environment notes
Section titled “Test environment notes”- Test from each major office or network segment
- Include both managed and unmanaged devices if relevant
- Record baseline network metrics and compare over time
Pass criteria
Section titled “Pass criteria”- Stable audio across scenarios
- Predictable join time and permission flow
- No sustained packet-loss spikes during normal operation
Capture this data for every failed test
Section titled “Capture this data for every failed test”- Workspace and meeting ID
- Approximate timestamp and timezone
- Network type, office, VPN state, and device model
- Latency, jitter, packet loss, and reconnect behavior from the network panel
- Whether the issue affected one user, one segment, or the whole meeting
