Quickstart
Use this flow when you want a clean first run for a new workspace or new user.
1. Create or open a workspace
Section titled “1. Create or open a workspace”- Sign in and open your workspace.
- If this is your first workspace, confirm your profile, workspace name, and invite settings.
- Review your member list and workspace controls before inviting a broader audience.
2. Start or schedule a meeting
Section titled “2. Start or schedule a meeting”- From workspace home, choose Start a meeting for an instant call.
- Or choose Schedule a meeting to set date/time, guests, and recurrence.
- Configure Access, Lobby, and any agenda or prep context before saving.
3. Check devices in the lobby
Section titled “3. Check devices in the lobby”- Grant microphone and camera permissions.
- Toggle mic/video before joining.
- Open settings to pick a specific microphone or camera if the defaults are not correct.
4. Run the call
Section titled “4. Run the call”- Use Captions and Transcript when the team needs a live written record.
- Use People to watch the waiting room and moderate participants.
- Use Chat, Notes, and Share to keep the discussion productive.
- Use the network panel if call quality becomes unstable.
5. Review the follow-up
Section titled “5. Review the follow-up”- Open the recap to review summaries, decisions, recordings, or action items.
- Open workspace Search when you need to recover a specific phrase, owner, or meeting moment.
- Route the final follow-up into Slack, Notion, or another system if your workspace supports it.
