Use the workspace home for day-of-meeting work: start a call, join the next session, open prep, or search past context.

  • Start an instant meeting or join a scheduled one from the same surface.
  • Open prep context, recurring notes, summaries, and action items without hunting through multiple tabs.
  • Jump into global search when you need a past decision, transcript line, or meeting recap.
  • Route into settings, integrations, or admin controls if your role allows it.
  • Start a meeting launches an instant room with your default access controls.
  • Join a meeting accepts a meeting link or ID when someone shares a call ad hoc.
  • Schedule a meeting opens the full builder with calendars, agenda, recurrence, and access controls.
  • Upcoming meetings surface prep, agenda, and join actions.
  • Recent meetings surface recap artifacts such as summaries, notes, transcripts, recordings, and action items.
  • Search is the fastest route back to a decision, commitment, or specific moment from a previous call.
  • Summary and task surfaces are best when you already know the meeting you want to review.

Before you rely on workspace home as the team default

Section titled “Before you rely on workspace home as the team default”
  • Confirm calendar sync is connected if you want scheduled meetings and prep links to stay current.
  • Verify members have the correct workspace role so the visible actions match policy.
  • Standardize your meeting templates if you want recurring work to show consistent prep and recap context.
  • Check whether the calendar connection for that organizer is still active.
  • Confirm the meeting belongs to the current workspace instead of another org or personal workspace.
  • Refresh after schedule edits if the meeting was changed in an external calendar moments ago.

I can see the meeting but not the follow-up artifacts

Section titled “I can see the meeting but not the follow-up artifacts”
  • Confirm that the meeting owner shared the artifacts with participants or your team.
  • Check workspace retention and permissions if summaries, transcripts, or recordings are intentionally restricted.
  • Use search as a fallback path when the recap card has not updated yet.
