Global Search

Preview Roles: Member, Admin Platforms: Web, Mac, Windows, Linux Reviewed: 2026-03-14

Global Search is the fastest way back to a meeting you already know happened, even when you do not remember the exact title or date. It is optimized for retrieval first: find the match, inspect context, then jump into the underlying artifact.

Use it for keyword search, phrase search, speaker-based lookups, and quick operational recovery before the next conversation.

What content is searchable?

Transcripts, summaries, action items, and in-meeting chat messages are all fully indexed and searchable.

Related tasks

Limitations and rollout notes

  • Index freshness depends on when the meeting artifacts finished processing.
  • The result set only includes meetings and artifacts you are allowed to see.

Troubleshooting

I found the topic but not the exact moment

  • Open the result preview and inspect the surrounding context before changing the query.
  • Add a speaker or date filter to remove noise from common terms.
  • Switch to Ask Your Meetings when the question is conceptual rather than phrase-based.
