Outlook-backed calendars work best when your organization plans through Microsoft 365 but still wants Hyper to own meeting policy, prep, and follow-up.

Setup pattern

  1. Connect Outlook through the workspace calendar integration flow.
  2. Verify available writable calendars.
  3. Save the Hyper meeting and confirm the Outlook event reflects the intended series, invitees, and access notes.

Operational notes

  • Re-authenticate if account access expires.
  • Verify recurring changes after large series edits because Outlook propagation can lag behind the Hyper update.
  • Treat the Hyper meeting page as the primary reference if the provider event takes time to refresh.
