Screen Sharing
Screen sharing is most effective when the presenter chooses the right source and the team knows how to trade off readability, motion, and bandwidth. Hyper treats screen share as a first-class collaboration control because many meetings are only useful if the shared content stays readable.

Share sources
Section titled “Share sources”- Share a single window when you need focus and less risk of exposing unrelated content.
- Share the full display when the demo or workflow spans more than one app.
- Re-check what is visible before you confirm the share, especially on multi-monitor setups.
While sharing
Section titled “While sharing”- Narrate what the audience should focus on instead of assuming everyone sees the same detail.
- Watch the network panel if participants report blurry text or lag.
- Pause or stop optional camera video if the network is struggling to keep share quality high.
Troubleshooting
Section titled “Troubleshooting”Participants say the shared content is blurry
Section titled “Participants say the shared content is blurry”- Reduce competing video load if the network is constrained.
- Switch to a single-window share if you were sharing a full display.
- Review Screen Sharing Quality for network and encoding considerations.
