Before you start

- Set workspace roles and join policies before rolling Hyper out broadly.

How do recurring meetings work?
Recurring meetings get rolling notes that carry forward from one meeting to the next. You see previous notes, open action items, and context when you join — no starting from scratch. Full history stays searchable.
What are smart reminders?
Smart reminders notify you before meetings with a link to your prep view: agenda, previous notes, and open action items. You can also notify attendees when you're running late, with optional reschedule suggestions.
How does task tracking work?
Lightweight task tracking is built into every meeting. Capture action items during the call, assign owners and due dates, and track them in Hyper. For full AI extraction and richer task management, action items sync to meeting summaries.
Can I share meeting notes with others?
Yes. Share notes with attendees, broader teams, or external guests. Control visibility per meeting or set workspace defaults. Notes can be exported or shared via link.
