Calendar integration keeps Hyper as the source of truth for meetings and syncs Google Calendar or Outlook when provider updates succeed.

  • Create external events at the same time you create Hyper meetings.
  • Keep recurrence, titles, invitees, and timing aligned between Hyper and the provider, then verify the external event after updates.
  • Attach agendas and prep context to meetings before attendees join.
  • Use provider-specific pages when Google or Outlook behavior differs.
  1. Connect your calendar account.
  2. Schedule the meeting from Hyper instead of creating the event separately.
  3. Select the writable calendar destination and review the final event body.
  4. Confirm the event appears correctly for attendees before relying on the external copy.

Provider sync can still fail after Hyper saves the meeting update locally. Treat the external event as something you should verify and repair or retry if the provider reports an error.
