Profile Management
Section titled “Profile Management”Use profile settings to control how you appear across the workspace, the meeting room, and follow-up surfaces. This page is most useful when names, avatars, or account details need to stay consistent across teams and devices.
What you can update

- Keep profile image current to improve participant recognition.
Troubleshooting

Section titled “My new name or avatar is not visible everywhere yet”- Refresh the workspace or rejoin the meeting if a cached participant list is still visible.
- Confirm you updated the active account instead of another workspace or personal profile.
- Give transcript and recap surfaces time to pick up the new identity on future meetings rather than expecting older records to change immediately.
